We then sell the Notes that have been created to Investors for great returns secured by the property.

I’ve operated several successful and profitable businesses. Moved to Phoenix in 2004 and began investing in passive income properties. I have a portfolio of properties in Arizona, Dallas and Memphis. My interest in Real Estate led me to focus on Real Estate Acquisition for wealth building.
Joy and husband Richard met while skiing in Colorado while both lived on the East Coast. They reside in Scottsdale Arizona.
